The virtual power plant is one of the key technologies for integration various distributed energy resources into grid. To enable its smooth and reliable operation, network infrastructure that connects components critical communications becomes a research challenge. Current communication networks based on traditional Ethernet long-term evolution cannot provide required deterministic low latency or services. This paper presents three-layer architecture with 5G time-sensitive networking integrated both determinism mobility. service types traffic requirements are analyzed mapped between to guarantee their quality service. proposes semi-persistent scheduling reserved bandwidth sharing pre-emption mechanism time-critical bounded reliability while improving utilization. performance evaluation results show proposed effectively reduces end-to-end delay time-triggered event-triggered compared dynamic method. For traffic, has comparable static It largely improves resource utilization method when load heavy. achieves an optimum tradeoff percentage blocks 30% in simulation.
